1982- The company was formally known as Liang Yuan Enterprise, specializing in production of parts and components for machine tools and related services.

1986- The company changed its name Dai Yuan Industrial Mfg., producing precision components for the domestic industry and specializing in R&D.

1989- Officially established as Yinsh Precision Industrial, producing mainly precision locknuts for spindles. In 1991 the company expanded to include production of chip guard wipers for precision machinery.

1994- The company reorganized to establishes itself as a limited liability company, Yinsh Precision Industrial Co., Ltd., expanding services to the domestic market with production of small scale precision ball screws and machining threads for spindles.

1995- Expanded factory floor footage to 25,000 square feet.

1997- In coordination with Taiwan 's Central Vocational Training Center , the company apprenticed students of precision machine technology.

1998- the company gained new test board and successfully adopted MIS business software. |
1999- Apprenticed Mainland Chinese technicians and adopted ISO9002 safety standards. |

2000- Registered with government as an official tax paying company, using electronic unified receipts.

2001- In March the company set certification by OHSAS1801 into motion with Moody International, a world-wide, multi-accredited, organization providing professional assessment and certification / registration services of Quality Management Systems to the internationally renowned ISO 9000, ISO 14000 , AS 9000, ISO 3834, QS 9000, TS 16949, OHSAS, CE Marking/PED, HACCP and VDA 6.1 |
2001- In September the company officially became OHSAS18001 certified. |
2003- Officia lly certified in March with ISO 14001 work environment safety authentication |
| 2004- Patents applied for in December ( Taiwan , Mainland China , Europe and the US ) for precision balanced lock nuts for spindles. |
2005- In February the company applied for patents regarding its high speed spindle locknut screw-in plugs. |
| 2005- SBL trademark registration applied for in Taiwan , Mainland China , Europe and the US in March. |
2005- Granted Taiwan patents in July for high speed spindle locknuts and screw-in plugs. |
